SUBASI is an e-commerce platform registered and operating in Bangladesh. We provide a curated online shopping marketplace featuring fashion apparel, accessories, lifestyle items, and products from independent third-party marketplace sellers.

By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to comply with all terms and guidelines outlined herein.

2. Eligibility and Account

To register an account or place orders on SUBASI, you must be at least 18 years old or operating under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout.
• SUBASI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. Products and Product Information

We strive to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual display output depends on your device's screen settings.

Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. In case an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, our support team will notify you promptly.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and verification by SUBASI.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized payment transactions.

5. Pricing

All prices listed on SUBASI are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Delivery fees and payment gateway processing fees (if applicable) are shown separately during the checkout process.

6. Payment

We support multiple secure payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

Payments made through digital channels are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

• Inside Dhaka: 2 - 4 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 4 - 7 business days

While we exert every effort to deliver within estimated schedules, delays caused by weather, logistical strikes, or natural occurrences are beyond our direct control.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order free of charge prior to its dispatch. Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation may incur shipping processing charges.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain items such as innerwear, hygiene products, and customized apparel are non-returnable due to health and safety standards.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or through store credits within 7 to 10 working days following quality inspection of returned goods.

11. Marketplace Sellers

SUBASI hosts third-party vendors and independent brand partners on its platform. Products listed by external sellers are explicitly marked on product detail pages.

12. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on SUBASI are solely responsible for ensuring authenticity, legal compliance, quality standards, and accurate descriptions of their listed inventory.

13. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in site scraping, transmitting malware, placing fraudulent orders, or interfering with system infrastructure performance.

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, imagery, graphics, designs, and content featured on SUBASI are the intellectual property of SUBASI or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.

15. User Content and Reviews

By posting product reviews or photos, you grant SUBASI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content across our channels.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional promo codes and seasonal vouchers must be applied at checkout prior to finalizing orders and cannot be combined with other conflicting promotions.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party payment gateways, analytics tools, and delivery tracking integrations governed by their respective privacy standards.
